Bring your own container…and your thinking hats!

The Dunbar Theatre plans to increase its sustainable footprint by giving you a “Bring Your Own Container” option for the showing. Their concessions will also be served in compostable, over conventional, packaging. The opening night showing will even be “carbon reduced > carbon neutral” with Carbon offsets, to be provided by BSI Biodegradable Solutions (up to 5 tonnes).

“As a child, The Lorax was an entertaining story and the message was easy to understand, even if we couldn’t figure out what kind of creature the Lorax was,” says Susanna Carson, CEO of BSI Biodegradable Solutions.

“As an adult, I feel the story of The Lorax is at the heart of some of our biggest issues with economy & environment. BSI is proud to sponsor the “Go Green to See Orange” contest.” She continues, “We hope the Lorax will inspire a new generation of aware consumers and future innovative entrepreneurs.”
